Associate Prof (Dr) Tay Eng Hseon

Group Medical Director

A renowned Gynaecological Oncology surgeon with more than 20 years in the medical field, Dr Tay was the Chairman of the Medical Board of Kandang Kerbau Women's & Children's Hospital from 2004 to 2008 before he left for private practice in January 2009.

He is also the Medical Director of the Thomson Women's Cancer Centre and he currently serves as the Chairman of Gynaecological Oncology, Asia-Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Recently, Dr Tay was appointed as a member of the Ministry of Health Expert Panel on Nursing Homes for the review of the care of the elderly in Singapore.

Dr Tay obtained his medical degree from National University of Singapore, a specialist certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Australia and United Kingdom, as well as a subspecialisation certification in Gynaecological Oncology from the Royal Australia-New Zealand College of OBGYN.


Dr Liew Cheng

Senior Resident Medical Officer

Dr Liew joined China Healthcare Limited as a Resident Medical Officer in 2007. He has more than 10 years of clinical experience in both public and private healthcare sector, and spent several years in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Kandang Kerbau Women's and Children's Hospital and Singapore General Hospital (Department of Cardiology and A&E Department). He is also experienced in handling chronic diseases and chronic geriatric conditions as a family physician in various government polyclinics and private GP clinics.

Dr Liew graduated in 1993 with an MBBS and furthered his studies with a Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, both from the National University of Singapore. He also holds a Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the Postgraduate School of Medical Studies, National University of Singapore.


Dr Lim Chan Meng

Resident Medical Officer

Dr Lim joined West Point Hospital in 2007 as the resident physician. He has more than 8 years of clinical experience and has worked in National University Hospital, Singapore General Hospital and Changi General Hospital. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with the degree of MBBS in 2002. During the course of his training, he attained the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.


Mr Soh Yong Soon

Financial Controller

Mr Soh joined China Healthcare Limited in June 2010 as a Senior Finance Manager and was subsequently promoted to Financial Controller. He has more than 8 years of financial and administrative experience. Prior to joining the Group, he was a Group Accounting Manager at Singapore-listed Tiong Seng Holdings Limited, and a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP and Baker Tilly TFW LLP.

Mr Soh holds a Bachelor of Business degree from University of Technology, Sydney and completed his CPA Australia professional exam in 2004. Currently he is a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.


Dr Stella Wee

Director, Operations, West Point Hospital (Joined 2011)

Dr Wee is an experienced and accomplished healthcare professional with more than 23 years of working experience providing managerial support to senior medical professionals, healthcare specialists as well as the Divisional Chairmen and Heads of Departments at Singapore General Hospital, National Neuroscience Institute and the Kandang Kerbau Women's & Children's Hospital. She also worked overseas for an Abu Dhabi Governmentlinked investment conglomerate with interests in Healthcare Services.

Dr Wee holds a PhD in Business Management from the University of South Australia, an MBA in International Management (Gold Medallist) from RMIT University, Australia, and a Bachelor of Science (2nd Upper Class Honours) in Business Management from the University of Bradford, UK.


Mr Andrew Lee

Director, Special Projects

Mr Lee has more than 15 years of real estate development experience in Singapore and overseas. Prior to joining China Healthcare Limited, he has held senior management positions at a real estate group and a real estate investment & asset management company. Mr Lee graduated with MBA with Distinction, Bachelor of Architecture with First Class Honours, Bachelor of Science (Architecture) with Distinction and Diploma in Interior Design. He is a chartered architect and registered member of Singapore Institute of Architects, Royal Australian Institute of Architects and Royal Institute of British Architects.


Ms Liu Yan

Director, Overseas Marketing

Ms Liu spearheads the development and management of overseas portfolios, mainly the China market. She has over 20 years of managerial experience, specialising in senior management client servicing and organisational restructuring. She is an astute marketer and has extensive networks in China. Ms Liu holds an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.


Ms Sim Siang Eng

Senior Human Resource Manager

Ms Sim has more than 15 years of Human Resource experience in the healthcare industry. She was the Deputy Director of Human Resource at the Alexandra Hospital. Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resource Manager in Tan Tock Seng Hospital for more than 8 years. She is a Professional Member of the Singapore Human Resource Institute.


Ms Tan Meng Guek

Head, Quality Management & Projects

Ms Tan has more than 20 years of clinical experience in Singapore restructured hospitals. Ms Tan is a State Registered Nurse and holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) from the University of Sydney, as well as a Certificate in Advanced Nursing from National University Hospital / National University of Singapore.


Ms. Ong Hui Ming

Manager, Trade Development & Sales

Ms Ong spearheads the Trade Development & Sales portfolio for China Healthcare. Prior to joining China Healthcare Limited, she was with DBS Bank Ltd in the consumer banking sector for 2 years. Ms Ong holds a Masters of Marketing with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) and a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University.


Ms Renee Loh

Manager, Marketing & Corporate Communications

Ms Loh brings with her over 10 years of marketing and communications experience, in both government and private sectors. Prior to China Healthcare, she has been with Singapore Tourism Board, National Heritage Board, Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Press Holdings. Ms Loh holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from National University of Singapore and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Singapore Institute of Management.
