Establish more medicare centres and nursing homes

We operate an acute hospital, clinic and a chain of purpose-built medicare centres and nursing homes in Singapore and a medicare centre in Malaysia. In order to meet anticipated increasing demand for nursing care, we intend to develop more medicare centres and nursing homes to cater to the different needs of customers. In this respect, we will continue to source for suitable locations for new medicare centres and nursing homes. In addition, where feasible, we intend to convert our existing nursing homes into medicare centres in phases.

Expansion overseas

The change of the Company's name from ECON Healthcare Limited to China Healthcare Limited in 2005 marks our inaugural foray into the international market, especially the China market with a 1.3 billion population. The Group has invested 20% stake in a China-based company that manufactures hospital equipments in Zhuhai. The Group intends to establish more medicare centres in Malaysia and aggressively looking for opportunities in areas of management, consultancy and training services for the nursing industry in Malaysia and PRC.

Increase trading of healthcare equipment and accessories

Our in-house designed beds and the healthcare accessories such as walking aids and bedside cabinets are manufactured in Zhuhai. Other than in Singapore, these equipment and accessories are currently marketed in the PRC, middle east countries and Malaysia.

Increase range of services

With our more than 20 years of experience in managing and operating nursing homes, we plan to capitalize on our experience and facilities and provide programmes based on the NSRS competencies to train nursing staff from Singapore and the PRC at our medicare centres and hospital.
